Our operatives access their jobs remotely, viewing what tasks they have scheduled and update and complete jobs.  The system carries vital information by job enabling our operatives to be better prepared and informed before the reach our clients premises.  The list below demonstrates some examples:

The pocket PC also enables our operatives to take satisfaction signatures from our clients for work completed.  As a result the system has enabled us to provide more accurate reporting to our customers and gain tighter control of our workforce.
