Our People

The people who work for Antac are the finest there are in the window cleaning industry.

This isn’t because we are more fortunate when it comes to the quality of the individuals we have to choose from when we hire staff.

It is the direct result of the effort we put into training them when they become a part of our team.

  • As you can see from the organisational chart below, they are part of a company with clear lines of responsibility.
  • This means that they know what their duties are – and exactly how they must be carried out.
  • Those who work at height are given the finest training around – through IPAF-approved training centres, operated by the International Powered Access Federation.
  • Each customer has their own dedicated account manager. Their job is to oversee the quality of our work, to keep a watch on all health and safety issues, to monitor service level agreements – and to check on all operational procedures.
  • The dedicated account manager also provides a single point of contact for all matters concerning your company.
  • All Antac cleaning staff always wear easily identifiable uniforms and carry personal ID.
  • Our helpdesk staff have also been trained to the highest standards. So any query you may have will not only be dealt with courteously, but the matter should be resolved quickly too.
